Check-in was fast and efficient, and the room was clean, tidy, and free of any odours. The shower was a highlight—powerful with impressively hot water. My only real complaint is that the floors were extremely creaky throughout the building, which could be a bit distracting. "

"Great place.... overnight single week day stop over due to train cancellation.... Good service....rooms good all be it random numbering and quite a walk from the hotel reception.... Tried the Restaurant.... very reasonable... seemed quiet on a week night although told or was busy... Recommend the pool.. never tried the spa.... will be back if ever stuck in Crewe again... Room was serviced by a lovely girl..... Kate T.... Everything was as it should be... "
