"Lovely reception area and staff was very nice and helpful. Room was dated but we had a very comfortable stay and didn't mind for the price paid. Large quadruple room with 2 twin beds in an upstairs loft. Clean bathroom. The location was perfect for us. Took the tube direct from Heathrow to Gloucester Rd station. Short 5 min walk to hotel from station. Gloucester Rd station had direct tube lines to the main sights so very convenient. Would definitely stay here again."

"This property was nice. It was in a nice area as well and very walkable to the underground. We had a problem with our air conditioning in the room and they were quick to get someone to look at it. They bathrooms were nice and the room was very clean. "
