"Key kept deactivating, breakfast was excellent, staff were extremely nice, my daughter was bitten by what looks like bed bugs (I can supply pics). Internet didnt work in our room. Husband asked about it and they volunteered to move us but we were just too tired to deal with it."

"My mother and I stayed at this hotel back in 2015 and we loved it. Nearly 10 yrs. later, I came back to stay because Bruno Mars was in Charlotte for a concert. For some reason, we I checked in, there wern't any keys for the room I ordered and I had to wait 30 min. I have to admit, that was strange, and it caused me to be late arriving to the concert. However, the staff was nice about it, and they even put me in an upgraded room with no extra charge, since I couldn't get into the king sized one. So, that thing aside, I still recommend this hotel whenever you're in the beautiful city of Charlotte!"

"Great location. Everything you needed was within walking distance. Staff were all so nice and accommodating. Great stay!"

"Hotel staff is exceptional across the board. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was properly stocked. Unfortunately, only 2 out of 6 of the dryers work, and the elevator has been out of order for approximately one week. Although these issues are out of the control of the hotel staff, they are very apologetic to the guests."
