We loved being steps away from the River Walk and all of the restaurants and shops that Estes Park has to offer! The location was set up very nice and had board games and other personal touches that made it a great place to stay. There was some noise from the bar across the street on the weekend - but my kids didn't notice it in their bedroom. We had some issues with communication but they eventually got back to us.
