Clean and tidy. Downside was every morning just before 8am there were workmen constantly hammering. Which was our early morning wake up call grrrr. Ideal for those who like to walk. Adjacent to the oceanside trail to access the beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet building located on the outskirts of town. New windows, appliances and updated bathroom fixtures are a nice touch.
