The apartment was comfortable in terms of layout, a great kitchen, 2 good bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bath, 2 bedrooms, of which we used 1\. Furthermore, a large balcony with various furniture. All windows and outside doors have roller shutters which dampens the street noise. Other supplies for the beach and other daily necessities are also available. The parking garage under the complex is spacious. Communication with manager very good. Description accurate although the swimming pool was closed despite being told that it would be open. Excellent kitchen provision and very nice welcome pack including wine and beer! One small problem was towards the end of our stay we became aware of an unpleasant odour in the second shower room smelling like a drain. Communication was smooth and easy, we were met by Chris on arrival who showed us to our parking spot in the garage and explained how everything worked in the apartment. It was very clean, comfortable beds, good and quiet air conditioning, plenty of kitchen equipment, basic condiments, and with cleaning supplies left for us to use in the week. We appreciated the provisions for our arrival so we didn’t need to rush out to the shops, including bread, water, wine! Thank you. The terrace with sea view we spent lots of time on, larger than expected, fully furnished, with the added bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas which we borrowed when heading to the beach, literally 2 mins walk from the back of the property. Easy 5 min walk to the harbour, restaurants and Sunday market and about 15/20 mins walk into the centre of Estapona along the seafront promenade. Great apartment, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need available and fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, which is often sadly lacking in other rental apartments. Welcome pack was a very nice touch. Great position for port area and town. We didn’t really use the beach as the sea was cold (August) and lots of seaweed and some scum at waters edge, but the pool was warm and pool area was beautifully kept and we swam and chilled there every day at least once. I am a light sleeper and there was some disturbance from traffic noise during the night in the master bedroom, but family in the twin bedroom were not disturbed at all. A lovely comfortable apartment in a great location in which to relax and take refuge from the August heat, and we would definitely come again. ##### Angie C. The apartment was well placed near a lovely quiet beach and a short walk to the marina. The sea view was lovely and the pool area was clean and well tended. Our rooms were clean and were comfortable. Only downside was we only had the sun on the terrace for a few hours due to the buildings on either side. However , it really didn’t matter as we spent our time at the pool or the beach which was right in front of the apartment buildings.
