This place has no bells or whistles, but it is brand new, clean and functional. The windows are quirky which makes it easy to spot the hotel from further away. The rooms have mini-kitchens which are great for longer stays or for a place to keep milk for breakfast. There is no stove, so cooking is limited, but I made pasta one night... The room was a good size and there was space to unpack. There is a small table for eating/working and a corner table with phone. The bathroom was generously sized and the shower was large and clean. Limited supplies (no tissues, for instance) but ok. The front desk is not open at all times, so pay attention, but they are helpful enough. There is a laundry room with coin operated machines and an ironing board, which can be useful again for longer stays. The rooms and hotel are accessed by a number code rather than a card - I found this convenient, but you do have to remember it or carry the card with the code on it. When the reception isn't open, you enter the hotel courtyard through a side gate - this is a little awkward at present because the side court is under construction, but otherwise fine.
