Pool/spa area packed. Not relaxing at all!

All loungers occupied around pool by spa days. Was told that spa days have priority over hotel users.

Wanted somerset quiet for a few days and this meet that brief well. Hotel a little past its best but was more than acceptable.

Nice hotel shame about the guests

Nice hotel, especially if you like golf! My issue was not with the hotel, their service or facilities but with the idiot golfers staying there who seemed to have regressed to being 7 years old! Bad enough grown men knock a white ball around with a stick all day, but to continue their high jinks up and down a corridor from the moment I arrived was out of order. This was not the fault of the hotel this was a few idiots spoiling the place for other guests. The only minor point to raise is improved sound proofing would work well.

Good business hotel stay

Really couldn't fault the customer service. All the staff were really welcoming and genuine. A nice experience.

Nice hotel with brilliant staff!

The hotel was very nice and also did a good breakfast to set us up for the day. The staff were fantastic though, they couldn't be more helpful and as my fiancé was under the weather for our visit this really helped which I was most grateful.

Nice hotel, dreadful bed!

The hotel itself was quite nice and the staff were great. However the bed was probably the worst bed I have stayed in for about 15 years. I could feel the springs in the mattress. Sadly I won't be using this hotel again.
