Nice hotel and close to Stansted. Staff didn’t seem to care whether we were there or not and not very welcoming but the room was fine and just what we needed. Apart from the price of alcoholic drinks, thought the hotel easy to find being close to the m25.we were upgraded so very pleased with the room. Wondered why the arch.
Main criticism was the lack of water pressure (probably due to age of building)....which meant that the shower was a tad pathetic. The only meal we had was the full English breakfast which was very disappointing......not 'real' orange juice (a mix?), frozen hash brown instead of fresh.....would not ...
We have stayed here a few times as we have family in Epping .The staff are always nice yes the place is run down but you get for what you pay for lots of alternative hotels in the area but are pricey.For us it’s just a bed to sleep in.
