Our stay was fine and the breakfast is very good. However we were very disappointed to have to pay for parking. I understand that the hotel may wish to charge non-residents, but I think it's unreasonable to charge residents £8 to park (also considering our stay was about 12 hours).

All Expedia rooms for this hotel show rooms have a bath which not the case as all have just a shower.

Weekend away to London
Good location, straight off the M25 and around 30 minutes to Stratford/East London. Ample parking but make sure notify the staff as it’s ANPR controlled, 50% off for residents. The staff are super friendly every time I stay here and the hotel is definitely worth the money, good value for an IHG hotel.

Over all it was very good but when we check in the lady on reception was not helpful at all. I gave her a cake to put in the room before we check in she said it will be done(i planned a surprise stay for my daughter’s birthday). When we came cake was still on the reception and she said she is on her own however a waiter from the restaurant was there too. When we were in the room then the same waiter came with the cake.

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The room was lovely and modern with a big TV. The room kept nice & hot once the heating was switched on. Great value for money I highly recommend and will be back in the near future.

Great location, clean spacious rooms, warm welcome
Great location and parking is very good value at £8 daily rate. Reception and check in was great, with very friendly serive and halloween gift bag for the kids! Room and corridor decor was a little dated, but kept clean and beds were super comfy and spacious. The hotel included access to a swimming pool and gym area. I got the impression that the gym members did not like having to share their pool with hotel guests and were quite unfriendly to the hotel guests using the pool, especially those with children. One gym member insisted in sectioning off 2 lanes (of a 4 lane pool) and policed the usage of the sectioned off area as for 'legitimate gym members only'. Such a shame when the rest of the hotel made us feel so welcome.

Gave me a ground floor room due to my disability. Was good but had to go out of main reception and walk to a fire exit that was kept open in order to get to the room. £8 car park charge even for disabled badge holders Noisy with paper thin walls Staff seem helpful and cheerful. I didnt use the bar but had entertainment and was busy. I suppose given a four star as had a swimming pool which again i did not use. The price was good compared to other hotels.

Ok but dated and not good value.
Be warned when booking, it seems the room listings on site are not the same as what you get. I booked a King bed and sofa and got two doubles.. When questioned i was told that the room i had was an upgrade, yet was two small doubles. Was also told there is an issue with the descriptions on the booking sites. In terms of the hotel. The staff were lovely... The hotel is a bit aged now and needs a refurb. Rooms a little dated and need some updating and general tlc. Parking is charged as well, no refund or free parking for hotel guest's. So extra cost to add to night... £8 for a day for me. (Its in the middle of nowhere in particular. Presume the cost was added for the health center guests) Restaurant was little dated decor. Marco Pierre White food was good and good value. Breakfast was way overpriced for offering and quality imo. It was ok but nothing special. Overall it was perfect location for why i needed to stay but its not worth the price of the room. Luckily i had a reward night to redeem so didn't cost me, but i do feel was a waste of a free night.
