My stay was significantly impacted by the behavior of two receptionists at the hotel. Upon arrival, I questioned the necessity of providing my information again, as it had already been submitted through Expedia.com. Unfortunately, the receptionist's response was rude, despite his ability to communicate in English. Additionally, he did not direct me to a colleague who could assist in English. When I inquired about my room requests, the receptionist became defensive and aggressive, insisting that such requests were against hotel policy, although doing it later on with no issue. His behavior escalated to shouting and mocking, which was deeply unacceptable. Despite my attempts to address the situation with his colleague, who refused to provide the manager's contact information or the name of the rude staff member, no resolution was reached. While the staff member later apologized privately, this was not sufficient given the public humiliation I experienced. Despite contacting management through Expedia, I have yet to receive a response or sincere apology. This review is written in a tame way, my emotions and anger is far beyond what I am allowed to write here.
