"I can't say enough about La Concha! The location was near Old San Juan, the hotel is immaculate, the food is great, and the pools and beach exceeded my expectations. This was the second time I've stayed here because it was so perfect the first time, and once again it didn't disappoint. I need to point out that Jonathan who was stationed by the front door and working the taxi stand/luggage holding area, made our trip extra special once again. I was travelling with my mom this time who is a senior citizen and he paid extra attention to every detail and made sure we had everything we needed. One day we were leaving for a day of shopping, and he came running up to me and handed me an umbrella and said, "Take this, trust me you're going to need it later." We got stuck in a really bad downpour later on and if it wasn't for Jonathan and his thoughtfulness, we would have been soaked. He was always on his game, paid attention to every detail, went over and above and we truly appreciated his effort to help make our stay so amazing. The casino was a blast, the lobby smells wonderful (gardenia maybe?), the coffee shop is delicious... This is THE hotel to stay at in San Juan!"

"Incredible views of the city and ocean from our suite. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Pools and food at our hotel were delicious. Convenient to everything. On the last day, the battery on the key fob to our rental car died. They walked to Walgreens and changed out the battery for us. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The studio room included a kitchenette equipped with a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and a small fridge. The hotel also provided detergent, a sponge, plates, and laundry detergent. The room was clean, and there was a washer and dryer located outside. The hotel offered cleaning services every other day.
On-site amenities included direct access to Dorado Beach, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a kiddie pool, two jacuzzi, and a basketball court. However, the basketball court was somewhat worn and lacked lighting at night.
You would definitely need a car to get around, as there were limited activities in Dorado. The nearest restaurant was approximately a 7-10 minute drive away."
