"We had a wonderful stay at Edgar and Sophia's home. It was like walking in and being at home. Comfortable couches and beds, kitchen fully stocked, even dedicated blankets / towels for the dog. The master bedroom has amazing natural light, and they have thoughtfully provided sleep masks should you need. We had planned for a visit of six people and ended up only being five but there would was more than enough room to spread out and relax on a rainy day. We were there during a heat wave and the house was cool and comfortable . House is located only one to two blocks from multiple restaurants in downtown Saugerties, and is an easy walk to the farmers market on Saturdays. Centrally located if you would like to drive to see Kaaaterskill Falls and learn about history in the Kingston museums. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"We loved the house, it’s beautiful! The beds are extremely comfortable, the linens and towels are so soft. The kitchen is well stocked with new pots and pans and beautiful dishes. The coffee station is to die for, it has everything you could possibly need! The host supplied snacks, seltzer water, condiments, salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, and vinegar. We had so much fun in the arcade (playing Miss Pac-Man brought me back to high school)! We were there for the huge rain storm so did not get a chance to enjoy the back yard much. We did try out the sauna and the hot tub and they were great. Kevin is a fantastic host, he checked in on us and responded quickly when I asked a few questions. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again."

"This property is even more beautiful than the pictures. Jason is a wonderful host. The location on the river is breathtaking. The home is modern, airy, bright, stylish, and incredibly well-appointed. The beds are so comfortable. It’s in a very quiet and tranquil neighborhood, but also proximal to the charming downtown area. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay."

"We enjoyed our two night stay, while attending a wedding at the Diamond Mills Hotel, which is only .2 miles that was easy to walk or drive to the event. There are wonderful places to dine, and shop in town. The home was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Eric was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. If you looking for an affordable, clean, comfortable place to stay while in Saugerties, this home should be considered."
