"Beutiful hotel located on the pieceful West Back of Luxor. This property has the best views of the East and West banks of Luxor. The staff are welcoming and very helpful, offering sunset Felucca rides, and transportation if needed. The meals here are amazing. The best breakfast I have had anywhere in my travels by far. I would highly recommended staying here."

Housekeeping kept everything spotless and well cared for, always respectful and attentive to detail. The restaurant and bar staff deserve special praise — servers, cooks, and bartenders alike. Meals were well prepared, service was smooth and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. It’s clear the kitchen and service teams work in sync and take pride in what they do. The doormen and concierge were outstanding — courteous, attentive, and proactive. Whether it was directions, transportation, recommendations, or simply a friendly greeting, they made every day easier and more enjoyable. Finally, credit to management for setting the tone.
