The modern kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, an extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and refrigerator – perfect for relaxing evenings in the kitchen. The cozy living and dining area with a TV, dining table, and seating area invites you to linger.  
There are three bedrooms in total: two rooms with a double bed and one with a single bed plus a bunk bed – ideal for children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer.  
Outside, a shared terrace with garden furniture invites you to relax. A free baby cot and a linen package are included. A private parking space completes the offer.
