One thing that really stood out was their quick response, when we needed extra towels at the pool, they brought them right away without any hassle. "Overall we had okay experience. The couple of reasons are: the TVs were old and the channels were not working properly due to the remote not working and it did not have any apps like netflix. During our stay, the staff also accidentally gave our key to new arrivals and they opened the door but thankfully our door was locked so the staff was able to give us a new key but it was not professional and it was uncomfortable. However, the breakfast was good. The staff was kind enough to accommodate and give us late check out because of our incident with the key. "

"There is a night club next door that has loud bass until closing time. The hotel had ear-plugs awaiting and it wasn't a problem. The security at the hotel was visable after dark and the partiers next door were not too rowdie. I was comfortable staying there with my pre-teen daughters. You can't beat the location and the price. The staff was very nice and quick to fufill our every request."
