hotel location is good where it is just opposite to the train station, not noisy at all. the staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice too.

Budget hotel right next to railway station
The good bits are that the hotel is right next to the railway station and the bus stop for the airport hotel and the buffet breakfast is good. Also it’s an easy 10 minute walk into the main city centre. Not so good is that my room was small, the shower cold one morning and the cleaners started hoovering at 8.00am! It was value for money given the expensive prices for hotels in Luxembourg City and I was here to see the city rather than sit in a hotel all day.

OK, close to station
Location is good for the train station although it is probably the rougher end of town, which is to be expected. TV didn't work both nights and I only found out that this was throughout the hotel when I enquired 2nd night. I asked them if I could have a free Mars bar from the fridge and compensation which was accepted. I should have asked them about the other things from the minibar I'd already consumed!

Great location right next to the train station and easy to walk in to the city centre. Room was very clean and had a great view of the station and beyond. Would definitely stay there again

Comfortable room and good buffet breakfast. Convenient walking distance from everything. Were slightly worried about parking before we arrived but the hotel has an agreement about use of the secure station car park.

Basic and comfortable.
We only stayed for one night for business. Easy location and good choice at breakfast. The bar was already closed when we arrived even though it said it stayed open until 11pm which was a shame. Room was very hot but comfortable enough.

The employees are extremely rude and unhelpful along with unwelcoming!! The pictures of this hotel are far from what it actually looks like. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The room was clean and the location worked really well for visiting Luxembourg. The breakfast had great selection and great service. The rooms are relatively small and no-air conditioning which made for a warm night and it had only been a 22C day. Would be very hot in summer.

Let's state from the outset, Luxembourg can be an expensive place for hotels at times. This then was not a cheap hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, and bathroom (the latter very spacious). The room, however, faced into a small courtyard and was quite dark even in the middle of the day. It was also missing the advertised mini-bar and the advertised range of pillows was minimal with all fairly uncomfortable. I would also be dubious about staying here in the height of summer as it was missing air conditioning but when we were there heating was required which worked very well. Breakfast was limited but good. Evening meals were limited to little more than bar snacks but there are lots of places to eat nearby. The staff were very friendly and, all in all, it was an OK experience. It is the relatively high Luxembourg prices that skew my overall judgement. At the price I paid I would have expected a much higher standard elsewhere.

It was also possible to ask for extra pillows and if the bedroom was too dark , to have the option to change for another bedroom. Good stay for businesses trips.
It was a good stay, but definitely it's not the best location to stay in Luxembourg in terms of safety. The hotel is good and staff are ok. Good stay for business trips, not recommended to a family or couple trips.

A gem for a solo traveller...
I was surprised by the quality of the hotel. Stayed in smoking room, was of ample size for solo traveller, also had kettle for making coffee...WiFi was available but did not need it... Shower en suit was fantastic, very powerful....GREAT breakfast and LOTS of it....Will recommend and will stay there again...

good location and good breakfast. not all the staff were pleasant and helpful. we had a problem with the room allocated but it did get sorted eventually. Note - if you are a foreign traveler an want to put your passports in the room safes - a lot of them dont work!

We had a nice stay during a four day weekend to Luxembourg. The breakfast was good, with some pastries, yogurt, meat and cheese, and coffee. I wished there were more cut up fresh fruit options, rather than a canned fruit cocktail. The room and hotel were clean, although an item was left in our room after check out and upon returning to claim it, housekeeping said it wasn't left behind (we remembered exactly where we left it, so that wasn't entirely true). In any case, the highlight of the hotel stay was the front desk staff. They were friendly and helpful, always willing to point out a restaurant or where to go to buy tickets. The view of the train station was pretty neat at night, too. Overall, a good place to stay to do some sightseeing in a super convenient location.

Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff was very accommodating. The location was fantastic as the main train station and bus stop for the airport were across the street. The bus from the airport stopped a few steps away from the hotel.
