We are sorry for the issues noted above and we want to let you know the electrician has just rec'd the 2 bath-fans we ordered and will be installing them this week. Your a/c is nearly brand new and when first turned on it goes to an energy save mode which turns on and off while it cools. By simply changing the mode to "cool" it runs at more normal intervals. Also, I can assure you every one of our rooms not only has the black-out drapes which you mentioned but they also have black-out blinds which provide maximum privacy.
