This hotel does not offer many of the services stated in the description. There is no pool side bar, no restaurant or bar in the hotel aside from breakfast buffet which costs 15euros each. Not all the rooms have a balcony, it appears the “poolside views” do not have balconies which was disappointing to learn when we arrived. They do not offer parking, but they tell you if you find a spot on the street you can park for free, but good luck finding anything inside a ten minute walk to the hotel. There is pay parking a short distance away for .9euros/hour or 21euros/day. We were not given any information about the pool, pool towels, beach seating, wifi passwords when we checked in. The young man could speak English but didn’t seem interested in helping us whatsoever. He came across annoyed with us. There was a lovely lady working that was always very pleasant and helpful. We learned the day before checkout that you can rent a pool towel for 5euros for your whole stay. Also you can login online to reserve a chair on the beach through another hotel, not sure if there is a fee for that. I would rate this hotel 3.5 stars out of 5 as they do not offer services they claim, however the rooms were clean, and the hotel is a short walk to the very busy beach.

Clean room and hotel. Good breakfast with lots of options. Great beach that you just walk down to and a great area to swim.

The property itself has promise but fails to deliver. Positive: - The hotel property is nice. - Huge pool. - Spa area is terrific. - Nice beach and pool view from our room. - Our superior room was roomy and laid out nice. - We prefer adult only and only 1 child during our visit. - We liked the location - on the beach, good restaurants near, but less crowded than city center. Mixed: - massage. We each had a massage. His was very good, hers was not good at all. - gym: nice sized but old equipment Negative: - no hot water our entire stay. There was also no hot water in any of the spa showers. There are previous reviews mentioning the hot water problem, so it is a recurring issue. - employees ignoring the problem. The front desk didn’t seem even a tiny bit interested in addressing the problem- we brought it up every few hours. After 24 hours, they finally offered a room to shower in two floors down. (Why not just move us to a room that had hot water? Our guess is this is not an isolated problem and others needed a shower room.) - Our food at the hotel was terrible. Everything we ate seemed to be pre-made and low quality. The burger meat had a terrible taste. With that said, this one is easily avoided by eating elsewhere. - the beaches right at the hotel are not great, so you’ll likely want to drive to find better ones. Summary: the lack of hot shower and lsvk of employees who cared about the guest experience left us wishing we had stayed somewhere else.

Some staff were hospitable especially Antonello at the front desk. Others ie Antonella at the front desk was rude! Pizzas were great. Poor quality of breakfast food selection. Toiletries and towels not adequate. Very outdated, horrible colours and décor, stunk of heavy cleaner. Floor was sticky. Beds uncomfortable. Bedspread stained! My fridge wasnt working and got a replacement only before I had to leave. Had to pay for pool towels! Pool chairs busted! Beach across the street dirty! Dissapointing. Bathrooms and showers way too small. Shower doors too flimsy. Don't stay there!
