Come and stay in this typical pink sandstone house, ideally located near the beaches of Lourtuais, Portuais, and Centre. Its location in the upper part of the Tu-ès-Roc district, at the entrance to Cap d'Erquy, offers peace and quiet, as well as a perfect starting point for a wide choice of walks or bike rides: the Cap d'Erquy heathland, the coastal path, wild beaches, the harbor… Spacious, south-facing, and featuring a garden with views of the sea and Erquy Bay, it can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 young children.

Logement bien situé, au calme et avec, de la terrasse, une belle vue sur la plage du centre. Equipement très complet avec de nombreuses notes explicatives du propriétaire. Il manque juste une cafetière électrique et une TV dans le salon du rez-de-chaussée. Dommage également qu'on ne puisse pas utiliser l'insert au bois car la pompe à chaleur est très bruyante. Quant à l'agence intermédiaire sur place, elle se borne à encaisser le montant de la location et à donner les clés et un plan pour se rendre à l'adresse. Nous aurions apprécié la venue d'un agent sur place pour donner quelques explications par ex où se trouve le code Wifi ....
