The residence has direct access to Boulevard de la Mer and the beach, thanks to a private entrance.  
  
This two-bedroom apartment offers:  
\- A living room with a lounge area (armchairs, television, and stereo system), offering a lovely view of the harbor and the beach in the center of Erquy, as well as a dining table for four;   
\- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a sink, four-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.  
\- A separate bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm);   
\- A bathroom with a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a sink, and a washing machine;
