I didn’t have the highest expectations for this hotel, but it was very dirty. The pool area was not frequently checked and cleaned and the hotel room shower was very dirty. It may not be a 5 star hotel, but when paying for a service, there is an expectation of a clean room. Lots of children running through the halls. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly. It is conveniently located close to lots of amenities and the breakfast was good.

I expected a quiet night in my hotel room, but I was faced with an extremely loud and chaotic night. Running and screaming of children and loud adults awoke me in the night and left me annoyed and sleepless. Others the next morning agreed the disruption was frustrating. I was outraged and irritated when leaving the hotel.

The pool area was spacious and unique. The loxation was close to lots of restaurants, retail, and attractions and very convenient. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.

we asked for a quiet room- away from highway noise. the clerk told us all the rooms in the hotel were quiiet as highway traffic on one side of the building died down and there was no noise. Boy was he wrong- he gave us a room on the highway side and it we heard highway noise all night long- not happy. Won't stay there again...

We had a wonderful trip, my 5 and 6 year old granddaughters first ever girls trip! The hotel was clean, the staff was so nice from the front desk staff, breakfast attendants to the gentleman cleaning rooms. Pool was very kid friendly and the girls loved it! Granddaughters ended up running fevers and we had to leave a day early, the staff were so kind and caring to us! Would definitely stay again!
