No soap dish at sink. Limited towel racks in bathroom and limited shelves in shower. Refrigerator not working. Carpet was stained and worn. I understand that it was an "event" weekend but the above items are in my opinion and everyday necessity. For the extremely high room rate I was expecting more. We did however appreciate the goody bag with the glasses to view the eclipse.

Not even worth $50/night right now. They mentioned nothing about their renovations, even though I spoke directly to the hotel to book another extra room. They do not have a full continental breakfast. They have a bag with a yogurt and a granola bar. The swimming pool was not operational. The rooms smelled unclean and were unclean. Don’t go here.

The hotel was under construction and this was not disclosed while booking. There was no breakfast, even though it was advertised as having breakfast. The pool room was not heated and the pool was freezing. I specifically booked a hotel with a pool so my daughter could swim. The beds were advertised as queen sized and they were only full size so my husband had to sleep on the floor.

Unfortunately I didnt get insurance, i would have cancelled immediately. This place is nothing like any of the photos. Disgusting interior, Exterior, all over. Cabinet door fell off trying to open mini fridge, chunk of frost so large in mini fridge, you couldnt put a food to go container in it. Basically this whole place was a dump and if i was with my family. I would have left regardless of lising money.

There were no staff to clean room. I had to bring my towels and trash to the front desk. The smoke detector was apart in a drawer. I got stuck in the elevator. Horrible experience, place was being worked on, construction noise. I want my money back.

I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub.. when I arrived the outside of the building was getting redone which was ok but then when I checked in the desk clerk informed me that the two rooms they used for jacuzzi were unable to be used due to a sprinkler leak. I was told I couldn’t get a refund nor a cheaper room. They ended up putting us in a room that was in the middle of construction. It was dirty and very outdated. The tub jets didn’t even work. No money knocked off my bill because I was told that I booked through a 3rd party.

My family usually loves to stay at LaQuinta hotels. Upon arrival, we noticed it was under construction which wasn’t advertised. We booked this hotel for the pool for our kids after a long day of driving and the pool heater was broke so the pool was freezing cold. The fitness center was under construction, so only one person was allowed in at a time. This hotel also wasn’t advertised as pet friendly and smelled of dog. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was amazing and super helpful.. The building itself is under construction so I'm hoping that's why it looks the way it does. The bathrooms definitely needed to be cleaner.. you could see the mold and other dirt build up along the cracks of the shower. Booking through Expedia was a headache. The online part was easy however when I went to check in I was informed that I needed to repay for my hotel room, and I wasn't supposed to be informed on how much the room rate was going to be. When the receptionist called to figure out what was going on he was hung up on once, then put on hold for 15 minutes and then told they would call back... So after 25 to 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby I was finally allowed into the room I had already paid for.

I reserve hotel for my nephew in this hotel room a lot bedbug he got bite all over his body we talk with there staff never response worse hive I ever seen my nephew stay quarantined for 3,4 day because of their bedbugs I never recommend this hotel

Toilet still had poop in bowl from last guest. Garbage dumpster pick up in the middle of the night with backup alarm. Safe did not work. Room phone had constant flashing red light that could not be shut off, had to cover with towel.

The morning desk clerk went above and beyond on 8-19-23! She worked the desk and did the breakfast! She was really busy and kept everything stocked and was pleasant! She deserves a raise!

Our room was given to someone else so we had to go from a 2 queen and a pull out couch to a King, a pull out couch and a cot. The elevator was not working so we had to go up the stairs. There was a mattress with old crusty sheets by the door and our room was still not ready after giving them extra time to get it done. The noise was horrible there were 20 kids that were friends with a guest jumping and diving into the pool and making noise all night slamming doors. There were no phones in the room. I had a better time at a motel 8 that had a shooting across the street when I was 11.

Got there could not check in for over hour n half machines down no places to stay so finally found key let in room. The mattress didn’t fit the bed wasn’t same width as gram on, the pool was freezing couldn’t enjoy it that’s why we booked there so have indoor pool but was so cold not heated, construction work in building, asked for towels never got any. People outside smoking joints

Stuff was super nice and helpful. However the bedding had dog hair all over. Beds were super uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Pillows were flat and old. We were told there is no more pillows, assuming because the hotel was fully booked.

We have frequented this property before and it was much cleaner. Supposed to have fridge in room-asked reception and they blamed maintenance-never rec'd. The lobby was extremely hot for the staff with some people having to wait longer than usual to book in. They should advise customers at booking about being under construction
