Always fun and relaxing at Therme Erding. Family section is crazy wild but they handle it well. The spa area is one of my faves and I return frequently. My bartender at the outside bar was a great guy and we had fun talking about our worlds. Misha is a great bartender👍

Hotel Victory is amazing from customer service to the outstanding craftsmanship of their rooms. No other hotel comes close to it. The restaurant and breakfast is amazing also. The hotel acknowledged it was our anniversary also. Thank you Hotel Victory- you are the best! You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

This is an amazing place. The hotel is very luxurious. The restaurant is great. Free parking. The coup de grace is , of course, the direct entrance in the Therme. An absolutely amazing place. Better than any watermark and hot springs we have ever been to - and we have seen many.

The check in person had no idea what he was doing, Asked for Airport distance told us 30 km. Not sure how much shuttle was , Gave us 2 different prices, Charged us twice for room, Could not get into pool area had to go back twice to rescan our bracelets

Kids Paradise
We ended up here 2 times during our vacation. We had a captains cabin both times and it was worth it. My kids loved the bunk beds. The rooms were spacious and had 2 bathrooms. This is a family room. The hotel provides these electronic watches for everyone to record your movements in and out of the water park, it also lets you into your room, and you can charge food and drink with it, very convenient and can get expensive in the end. My children loved the water park. It did feel like I was “nickel and dimed” a bit, so I’m not sure I’d want to go again, but the happiness of the kids made me return. The water park was super busy on some days and that was annoying especially since many people seem to drop off their kids and no one is watching them. There are many ill behaved and rude people, but I think you get that everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was excellent, though know if you plan to use the theme (highly recommended) there is very little English signage or speaking staff.

Great hotel for children. We stayed the day before our flight back to the USA. Grandson had a blast at the waterpark and pool. This is a good way to burn off all that extra energy. Food in the Empire restaurant was delicious. Our stay was short however we really enjoyed our visit.

Water park attached but not included
This hotel is attached to the worlds largest spa and water park. We have booked with this site many times at this hotel. They used to offer an all inclusive option which included the water park and pools. They no longer do. So unless you pay a separate fee at the hotel, you will not even be able to use the pool. That being said, it is so nice to be able to walk out of the hotel in your robe and go right to the pools. We highly recommend this hotel

Bed was really hard and hurt my wife’s back. We loved water park areas. Had a great time. We didn’t think the 300+ euro room fee was worth it. Especially since we had to pay for everything extra. Food was very pricey. WiFi didn’t work in the room.

5* food, wine, relaxation - all in an old vessel
Melter is a very unique hotel that provides a once in a lifetime experience. The hotel is part of an enormous water park that also offers a very large spa complex. Those services can be used for a fee. The Hotel rooms are located in an old Vessel shaped part of the building overlooking the water park and its tropical surrounding. The hotel rooms are spacious cabins with wooden interior, modern bathrooms (shower has a digital display that allows to chose the water temperature to the exact degree). The cabins are soundproof and offer wooden blinds that ensure complete darkness and restful sleep. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay a memorable one. The "Empire" restaurant onsite serves a variety of excellent wines, and diverse assortment of food. I had the plumo iberico with a South African Shiraz, which was excellent. I am glad I found this gem of a hotel. I travel to Germany for work regularly and like to spend the night before my flight back near the airport. It is located approximately 12 miles from Munich airport. I will use this hotel every time moving forward.

Would not honor hotels.com inclusive rate
Although access to the Therme itself (but not the sauna, which is a small upcharge) was included in the Hotels.com rate, the Hotel would not initially honor this inclusion. It took phone calls to hotels.com customer support and arguments with the front desk, until this was resolved. The check-in clerk admonished me for booking with a third-party site instead of directly with their site. Although I was ultimately credited the 90 euros for the Therme stay, I will probably never stay in the hotel again, as they were incredibly dishonest and rude about the situation. If the hotel was that unhappy with using a third-party site, then they shouldn't make room available on those sites.

We had a great trip but we were disappointed to find that there had been a system glitch when we got to check in. The system. Had shut down and turns out that even though we had paid for a room there was no room available for us. We were given alternative accommodation and a little money back. We would have loved to stay in the Hotel Victory but may not ever get chance as we travelled from New Zealand. The guest house was lovely and the staff were amazing.

Good hotel. Nice and quite special. They however charge additional to use the basic sauna. I thought this was very bad. Disproportional fees are just sneaky. Be very careful.
