I will keep it short.
I stayed at the villa for 2 nights and I had an amazing time.
-The staff was very caring and even asking me if I had slept well
-They kindly booked some taxis when I needed it (at no extra cost)
-I stayed in one of the large suite (room 22) which was stunning and quiet
-The mattress and pillows were very comfortable
-The room is fitted with an ipod speaker dock which was great to allow playing my favorite music
-The temperature in the villa (room and main facilities) was surprisingly well managed considering this is not a new building
-The villa is in the same street of all the well known producers of champagne (Moet, Mercier, etc...), very closed (about 10-15mns walk) from them and from the heart of the city.

Stayed 2 nights en route to Italy. Parking secure and immediately outside hotel; staff friendly, rooms clean and big enough for a short stay. I would suggest very good stopover if travelling from UK to south of France or further afield.
A great find. Located just south of Reims in the heart of champagne country. A good base for touring the area or for a stop-over on a longer trip through France. One of the best meals we have had in over 30 years of travelling through France.
We booked the standard room via Expedia and was rather disappointed when we arrived as it looked NOTHING like the photo, was old and rather small and not refurbished like the one suggested but the staff were very friendly.
We decided to spend the little extra and upgraded to a better room and had a very pleasant stay in Epernay. This would be the only way to stay at this hotel, definitely spend the extra money and get the better room.

Stayed here for 3 nights every thing was fine
Found it strange that facilities were provided for self catering, but no utensils, i.e. plates, pans etc..
However we always have our own, so we had no problem, but some people may find it a bit off.
Staff were fine and very quick check in.
