The spa wasn't working and the pool was cold. Because we were traveling with a dog, we had to stay in a room facing the rear parking lot instead of the beautiful mountains. Breakfast was minimal.

Love the hot tub and the person making breakfast was really nice. They also let us plug in out electric car to an outlet, though it would be nice if they had a faster charger available.

THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, STAIRS ARE TOO STEEP FOR ANY BUT THE PHYSICALLY FIT. STAFF REALLY CRABBY ABOUT IT WHEN YOU POINT THAT OUT. GET AN ELEVATOR AND THE PLACE WOULD BE JUST FINE.

The view was stunning. No table in room, no access to tables so that cards could be played in the evening. Three old ladies left to schlep their bags to room on 2nd floor. Breakfast...no so much. Will not stay there again.

El hotel estaba limpio, las camas muy cómodas, un lugar muy callado, las sabanas de la cama son las que tuve que quitar eran muy ásperas y cada que nos movíamos hacían mucho ruido, los desayunos están bien, lo normal, salchicha, huevos, panes y gravy. Estuvo bien, los recepcionistas muy amables.

Another successful trip to see family and during Joseph Days - busiest time of the year I assume. We love this place. Great staff and maid service.

Room was very clean. About 15 minutes away from Joseph. My only complaint was people had kids in the hot tub all night and even early morning hours. The room had a slight musty smell, but it wasn’t too bad.
