"You have to pay a daily fee after you spend 5.5k for your stay. This fee covers beach, chairs/umbrellas, pool access, two bottles waters, and bicycles for 2 hours a day. He are hunting down staff for 2 waters just to not die of hydration, beach umbrellas were never available. Be prepared to stand in a 1/4 mile line at 8:30am to get an umbrella, no pool seats available ever. All taken. You can use the cabana for an extra $550 for that day. lol. Nothing is available but they charge you anyway. Your credit cards are charged and so is your room, very confusing to add up the bill at the end. Restaurants on top floor are denied access even if you’re wearing a 35k Rolex, you can’t get in because you’re not wearing a pink popes collar fake Gucci shirt. I hated it "

"Older hotel, has not been updated & need little tlc- over all clean, room, living room & kitchen is spacious enough for 3-4 people stay. Ocean view is obstructed with trees & buildings. Wouldn’t stay here again"

"We have stayed here 4 times before. Check-in is often disorganized with giving you wrong room, wrong code, etc. Yesterday was even worse. No staff member on site, they attempt to do everything online, After 3 calls to their after hours number, The had technical problems that left us in the rain with no way to open the room we had already paid for. Technology is great when it works, however have a back up plan to physically open a door."

"Mi experiencia en el alojamiento fue terrible. El alojamiento no era para nada como se mostraba en las fotos de la plataforma, la caja estaba floja, hacía ruido al moverse y era sumamente incómoda, el aire acondicionado hacía ruido toda la noche y para acceder a la piscina tenía que salir a la calle en traje de baño para poder acceder a la piscina. La comunicación con la administradora no fue fluida, no pudo ofrecerme una reubicación en otra área por lo que me ofreció un reembolso que hasta el momento he estado gestionando pero no me lo han realizado. Estoy realmente decepcionado de la atención en este lugar, hicieron un ofrecimiento de reembolso que no han cumplido y espero que cumplan pronto. Nunca me había pasado algo parecido, por lo que lamentablemente no puedo recomendarlo, solamente puedo sugerir que antes de reservarlo se aseguren que es similar a las fotografías que muestran en la plataforma, porque en este momento no es así."
