"If you're a young family with small kids, this is the place for you. They will love the pool area. If you're a more mature traveler that expects comfort and service, you will be frustrated. Our room, although large, was really bare -- white walls, no art, and hard surfaces. We went to the pool for drinks and lunch and the service was downright awful due to seemingly inexperienced staff. The breakfast buffet was good. "

Architect's villa 330m2, air-conditioned. 180° sea view, infinity pool.

"The villa is very spacious, well designed and really well appointed with a beautiful garden and fabulous views over the sea. The owners must stay there at times, as it has pretty much everything you will ever need. The pool is fantastic – very long for a villa and easily deep enough to dive in at one end.There are nice beaches in walking distance, at Tamariu (1km) and the much smaller Cala Aigua Xelida (600m). However, as the villa is about 70m above sea level, it’s a steep walk (lots of steps); also part of the route down to Tamariu beach does not have steps, so would be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. The area is great, with some beautiful beaches nice resorts and pretty towns and cities nearby, a small supermarket in Tamariu and lots of more shops in nearby Palafrugell.The agent, Raul, made our stay easy and was very helpful and responded very quickly.Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation."

"Had a wonderful stay! Nuria at the front desk was amazing - very positive, warm & professional. She made my check in smooth & gave great tips & advice for my time in the area. Lovely city views, great amenities, amazing breakfast and a welcoming atmosphere all around. Highly recommend this place!"

"Good location, pretty village but.. The upstairs bedroom is damp and unpleasant. The motorised blinds- the largest stuck down and the down switch shorts out the electricity for the whole property. How do you turn off the outside lights? Generally the property need a complete refurbishment."

Beautiful but hot and buggy in July

"Let me say that the house is beautiful - like in a magazine! The view is breathtaking. The pictures do not lie. Elodie and the local manager Adrian were very responsive. But oooofff, the bugs and the heat are serious. We knew there was no air conditioning but we figured it would be fine, since we are right near the sea and there would be a breeze. We didn't realize you can't keep the windows open in the evening because the bugs will come and find you. And there are no fans. The house also does not have beach supplies like towels or chairs, so be prepared to bring your own. We left behind a chair and some swimming tubes. Overall, it is a lovely place in a very special location! We enjoyed walking on the Gr-92 to the beaches, and we loved exploring the area. Elodie sent us wonderful recommendations for beaches and restaurants and we enjoyed all of them!"
