And if you need rest and relaxation from everyday life, you will find it here - in nature! On 140 m² of living space can accommodate up to 11 people on two levels. Pets are welcome. The house has Wi-Fi. A varied, tourist offer leaves no boredom. The ball fans have at their disposal two extraordinary attractions: Football Golf Emsland in Heitel and SwinGolf Mehringer Heide in Emsb������ren-Mehringen. In bad weather, the Emsflower (nursery with adventure park) in Emsbüren invites numerous attractions under roof. A show garden adventure park with a restaurant, an indoor playground for the little ones and a butterfly garden bring back the sun. The region's cycling enthusiast asks for a well-developed cycle path network with many premium bike paths. Even the joggers and hikers will find quiet, natural fields and forest trails. Even the water sports enthusiast has much to ask for in southern Emsland with the natural Ems and the Dortmund Ems Canal. Canoeing, swimming, splashing: everything is possible. DISTRIBUTION OF ROOMSIn the basement there is a living room, kitchen, HSW room, guest toilet, a separate twin bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Upstairs is a twin, a triple, a quadruple, a shower / toilet with washer and dryer. OUTDOOR No houses in the immediate vicinity. Very quiet and close to nature. A covered terrace with a separate sitting area are ready for use, a large, beautiful garden adjacent to a forest with biotope. A garden trampoline invites you to rave! In the adjoining building there is a game room with mini-football and various outdoor toys. A charcoal grill is also part of the home equipment. A campfire site lets tent camp romantic spread. If you do not want to let your car wet, put it under the carport. ROOM EQUIPMENT There are no carpets throughout the house. KitchenHere you have everything you need for cooking, baking and feasting. The kitchen has an oven, electric cooker (ceramic hob), two refrigerators with freezers, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, children's cutlery, children's dishes etc .. The equipment also included cleaning products, dry towels, Spülmaschinentabs, baking paper. Children's high chairs can be provided on request. From the kitchen a door leads directly to the outside on the terrace. Bathroom The house has two bathrooms with shower or Shower / bath and toilet. A separate guest toilet is located in the basement. Das Haus ist toll, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, super gepflegt und sauber (nur den Grillrost mussten wir vor Gebrauch richtig schrubben). Ansonsten gab es nichts auszusetzen. Es wurde ein Brötchenservice angeboten und die wirklich leckeren Brötchen wurden uns von der Vermieterin, Frau Szymanik-Feldmann, persönlich geliefert. Eine sehr nette, freundliche Frau, die uns auch am Anreisetag begrüßte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir machen jährlich dieses Treffen, drei Brüder plus Frauen und haben schon viele Unterkünfte gehabt. Das Gästehaus am Aa Tal gehört zu unseren Favoriten. Die Lage ist einfach TOP. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Die Kinder waren fast den ganzen Tag draußen. In der Nähe gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten mit der gesamten Familie. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind neu und bequem, es gibt eine schöne große gut ausgestattete Küche und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl drinnen wie auch draußen. Auch die Bäder sind sehr modern und gepflegt. Der Kamin und die Feuerschale im Außenbereich sorgen für eine romantische Stimmung und die ruhige Lage lädt zur Erholung ein. Die Abwicklung der Buchung, Bezahlung, Schlüsselübergabe war sehr einfach und nett. Die Vermieter bieten sogar einen Brötchen-Service an und sind auch bei anderen Problemen hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Dit huis ligt prachtig en afgelegen in de natuur en is ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen. De tuin is groot en van het huis uit kun je mooie wandelingen maken zonder dat je een auto tegenkomt.
