This property is in an excellent location, surrounded by various restaurants and walking distance to the metro station. The Mall of Emirates is either a 20 min walk or one metro stop. The most positive review goes to the hotel staff. All the staff are extremely helpful, efficient and do go out of their way to make sure customers' are comfortable . However there are issues with the hotel. Every Friday evening the hotel hosts a party on the first floor and the noise travels to the guestroom making it difficult to rest or sleep. The bathtubs and bathroom doors are worn out and has got rusts and stains. When I walk down the corridor and in my room the vents constantly gave out a malodourous himid scent which was unpleasant and I had to open the windows.

We had a wonderful stay here. It's a beautiful hotel, with breathtaking views, not to mention it's connected to the mall. All the staff were welcoming and very polite. We would definitely stay here again.
