Great location for browns stadium, 10 minute walk.The winking lizard tavern adjacent to the Westin, great food. All staff I interacted with were extremely friendly . The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well stocked

The hotel, itself, was nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, I had anticipated a microwave in the room based on pictures from the website and there wasn't one. Also, make sure you read about the parking. It's valet only and expensive. However, I was unable to use it due to only one parking attendant and limited space to wait for them. I ended up parking about two blocks away in another garage and had to pay event parking prices. The staff were great and check in/check out was very quick.
