La estancia en el hotel fue buena, empezando por el personal del Front Desk Marivi fue excelente y en todo momento respondió todas mis preguntas con mucho profesionalismo 👍 en él área de Housekeeping mención especial a Viuca que a pesar que es un trabajo duro todos los días dejaba mi habitación impecable, he trabajo por años en la industria hotelera de Las Vegas y siento que está preparada para trabajar directamente con las suites y los VIP. Food and beverages excelente 👍 Definitivamente es un hotel para regresar 😊🌸

I was there last October, got a standard room and got a room with a ocean view, this time I got the same type of room and got a highway view very noisy, I ask to be changed and I was told that I had to pay extra, I am not going back

A pleasant break from the norm
Wonderful hotel. Well located with friendly staff. Beautiful location near to the sea. Food excellent but hot food not hot enough for me. Rooms lovely and well thought out and decorated. English TV . Bar very nice but coffee cold at times .Our room was next to lifts and noisy because of that . Parking good.

Very nice beachfront hotel. Lovely pool and views. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Room well decorated and exceptionally clean. Good bathroom. Large TV with huge choice of international channels including UK Breakfast - excellent choices and efficient service. Free on-site parking. Laundry facilities (individual and per bag). Lively pool bar with nightly entertainment - friendly staff. Music loud in rooms until midnight - quiet afterwards. Not quite sure what the “Guest experience” desk does, as every time I had a query they referred me to reception.

Great facilities, and especially catering for cycling enthusiasts. Free shuttle to Altea town centre every hour, and only a few minutes walk from the tram that goes to Benidorm or Denia.

Very poor! Service not good. Hard to find table for breakfast, not very clean, problems with towels, toilet paper , ........ Bed not comfortable, cheep linen. Definitely is not a 4 stars hotel. Your not getting what you pay for.

Luxury quiet hotel in altea
Luxurious hotel great spacious room with gorgeous views of the sea and jacuzzi bath. I personally can't fault this hotel the food was fantastic too cooked to perfection.

Beautiful setting and recently refurbished. Staff very friendly and good evening buffet However for me some major issues with room- rooms set around a courtyard and incredibly noisy when people closing doors or talking in corridor. Also no air conditioning- they’d turned it off for winter but we were hot. Leaving balcony doors open didn’t feel safe as you can easily get from one balcony to another.

Had a great long weekend. Reception staff were really helpful. The only issue we had was the pull out bed which had a big dip - hotel did try and improve the bed as soon as we mentioned it. The hotel was really clean. Very relaxing stay.

chaos at buffet ,too crowded.food not as good as we expected,cheese with everything ,even on garden peas !.cold pool.staff were generally very good.

Great hotel in a good location, with beautiful views, just a short walk into town. Large pool, plenty of beds and seating outside. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Enjoyable stay.

Decent Tourist-Class Hotel
Decent tourist class hotel with well-trained staff. Not near any facilities or restaurants etc so people tend to hang around the hotel. Most of its customers seemed happy. There are 5 classes of room. The cheapest gives you a view of the car park and is noisy. Don't stay there!!!!"

Lovely but noisy road.
Lovely couple of nights here. We had an upgraded room but it faced the road which is SO noisy it wasn’t pleasurable to sit out on our balcony. Food was brilliant..couldn’t ask for more. Facilities for cycling are top notch...garage, cycle wash, bike stand etc etc.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff were lovely, facilities great and setting beautiful. The room was ideal, with the most comfy bed I've ever slept in! Breakfast was full of choice and it was great to be able to sit outside. We didn't have lunch but ate one evening meal, which was the only let down. This wasn't due to the food or the service but more about the ambiance. It was very bright and felt like a canteen. The addition of table cloths and dimmed lighting might improve things. Overall, I would still score my stay 10 out of 10 and would happily return.

Nice comfortable hotel
A wee bit out of main resort 10-15 min walk. Beach is not sand but rocks so not suitable for sunbathing unless you have a chair or lounger to hand. We enjoyed our stay the food was nice and staff all pleasant and helpful. My only real gripe and it’s not the hotels fault if that there is no pavement beteeen the hotel and the bridge into Altea approx 1/4 mile you have to walk by the side of a busy road which is a bit of a safety issue
