Expedia never informed Quality that I was arriving and had booked and paid for a room. I don't carry a smart phone, so the reservation clerk tried calling Expedia. She could not get past the voice mailbox. Quality allowed me network access on my laptop, and I was able to show her the e-mail from Expedia confirming the reservation & payment. Quality not only found a room for me, but gave me an upgrade from Queen to King Suite. Bravo to Quality and a big BOO! to Expedia.
