8/10 Very good! (929 reviews)
This hotel is conveniently located and a short walk to the Duomo Cathedral and shopping. The staff was very professional and helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed the daily breakfast to start our day.
The only thing I didn't like was that it is a very old hotel with dated decor, and our room had a tiny bathroom! We couldn't even open the door all the way!!!

9.4/10 Exceptional! (20 reviews)
Beautiful design and attention to detail. Food and drink were excellent, not the usual overpriced bland hotel restaurant food. Staff were wonderful and authentic. Great views from the Coco Chanel suite.

8.2/10 Very good! (103 reviews)
"Modern hotel with really high ceilings. Layout of the room could be better. Hotel still has a lot of construction work being carried out- outside the hotel building so can get noisy after 7.30am. The hotel grounds are unavailable as under construction. No direct dedicated entrance as under construction ..."

7.8/10 Good! (1,000 reviews)
"Not a great location. Difficult for taxi drivers to find. Dated features like barely functional tv in room. Decent breakfast, but they offer the exact same thing every day. Few good dining options near by. Don't recommend."
