Stay right in town. You can walk to the great restaurants and bars from this centrally located home in the Village of Ellicottville. Huge wood burning fireplace and lounge. Walk out to your private back yard area through the French doors to a two-level deck with Adirondack chairs, Spa and outdoor fire pit. The interior is perfectly updated with fantastic cook-in kitchen with granite island and counter tops. Washer/ Dryer and storage area is located off the kitchen for easy accessibility. Large Master bedroom with king bed is located on the first level of the house. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, one with king bed and the other with four twin beds. The bathroom is updated with glass enclosed shower with 10" rain shower overhead and hand wand. The property is located on a double lot so you can enjoy outdoor activities. Things seemed ok till I tried to adjust the thermostat and it was not working needed to replace the batteries when I called to let them know said they had extra batteries in the drawer. They did not contacted again. Said they would get there the next day and the house was already at 62 degrees and was supposed to be 2.0 degrees that night so I had to run to store and get batteries Now 10 days after check out they are telling me I ripped a hot tunnel cover that was ten years old and dry rotted to hell. They are not anyone I would ever deal with in the future

Perfect location for ski weekend
This property was ideal for a family of skiers and non-skiers. Short walk to charming town and short drive to Holiday Valley. The backyard hot tub was a highlight!
