Our home has a covered deck to enjoy the breath taking view of the hills. Located a short drive to Holiday Valley and the heart of Ellicottville. Hiking and mountain biking trails right across the street. Gas fireplace, full kitchen, laundry and smart TV's. The place fits four comfortably, but has a pull out couch.
