The staff were friendly but didn't inform me that the hot tub didn't work even though I asked about it at check-in. After I told her it's not working, she said yeah, we've had a lot of complaints but can't get it fixed.
I said, well, let people know then, especially if they ask. She seemed to think that was a good idea!
The parking is primarily around back. I had to use the front though because I need the elevator which is in front. I needed a handicap accessible room which was half way down the hall so not too accessible.
There was a mechanical humming sound for several hours in the late evening/early night. I called the front desk to inquire but she didn't know what it was though she did try to figure it out.
The rooms were okay, but found mold on the bottom of the shower curtain the next morning. Gross!
Overall experience was very disappointing. I will avoid this place in the future.
