Need a different person at the desk.

Posted 19-Jul-2016
I didn't catch the lady's name but she was quite rude and didn't care about helping us. I wish I would have been able to go to a different hotel, but paid in advance-non refundable. Other than that the room was ok except for being able to see lights through the door. We could hear people (kids) clearly. Hotel needs updated.

Nice hotel, terrible parking.

Posted 29-Jun-2016
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Cons: The asking lot.
Location: We were driving through.
The room was fine and the breakfast, as well. The parking lot was full and the spaces were so small that your doors were sure to get dinged. We waited until we could park in an end space. If you value your car, don't park there.

The website says breakfast was available but when we asked the counter clerk she said there wasn't any. Overall it was a comfy stay at the hotel. Service was very polite as well.

Good basic travelers motel

Posted 19-Jun-2016
Pros: Clean, non-smoking hotel
Cons: Nothing
Location: I-80 interchange. Nuff said.
This is a nice clean motel, perfect for a stopover on the road. You get a nice basic room, cable, wifi, nice shower and amenities. Fridge, microwave and coffee in room. Only downside is there's no breakfast, but plenty of options nearby. Nothing fancy, but neither is the price. Exactly what you would want from a two star hotel.

Nice hotel close to everything.

Posted 15-May-2016
Pros: Everything. Having the full kitchen worked out great. Especially with having our dogs with us. We were able to fix and eat our meals easily.
Cons: It was a sort stay and met our needs.
Location: Close to stores, shops and fast food. It was also close to downtown and and casinos. The hospital was also very close which was helpful.
Bonnie and the staff were nice. We were upgraded to an extended stay room without cost. My family and I were there for the high school baseball regionals for two nights. This was our first time to Elko and also our first time taking our two dogs to a hotel. The parking lot was lighted and easy to take dogs out anytime. I felt safe walking dogs late evening and early morning. Everything worked out great. The room was large with a full kitchen and bathroom/shower combo.

No continental Breakfast. Hotel smelled like cigarette smoke even in non smoking areas.
