Nice hotel , great car park
Hotel staff were approachable and polite.Breakfast was ok however very mediocre and of cheap quality . We only used the bar one evening as we were charged 14 Euro for whiskey and coke and the staff charged us different prices for bottles of water through out our stay. The Hotel is about 5 km from the centre of Alicante.However there is a lovely park near by which is worth a visit. There is no direct access to the beach from the hotel. There was free coffee and tea in the main entrance however we found the drinks foul. The Airport bus stop when leaving was nowhere near the hotel. We had to walk up a dangerous road with no pavement to get to it. There is a bus stop outside the hotel, however it doesn't stop there. Most of the buses go into the town centre however flagging them down is a mission.

NOISY ROOMS BAD PILLOWS
The location near the airport is the best ( 6 min ) the hotel condition is good and reasonable price for room and breakfast ( only 6 euro ) and dinner . i could rate 4-5 if it was not about the pillows...unacceptable unconfortable and the noisy rooms which are doublew with a door between and you can hear even a whisper next room . We had a family with children next room so we could not sleep ...BUT after complaining we've been given another room where we finaly slept without disturb

4kms from Alicante - 12 euro taxi there and 11 back. Apart from hotel Italian restaurant, no others in area which is by the University. No towels in the room.

Great stay 😊
I traveled with my sister for a 7night stay to Alicante , check in was easy and the receptionists were so helpful and provided us with all the information we needed ! Staff definitely made the extra step to make us feel welcome . The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were a little bit hard . All in all very good stay and fantastic breakfast.

Convenient for airport
Used as a stopover whilst selling our holiday apartment. Because of its location, it is not really possible to walk anywhere so a car/taxi is required. It's more a business hotel rather than a holiday one.

Good stay
This is a good hotel halfway between the airport and Alicante, bus stop outside that will take you straight into town for 1 Euro. The hotel was very good, clean, comfortable and the staff were excellent, I would be happy to stay again and very likely will.

Convienient, clean and friendly hotel
Staff very helpful and friendly and desk attended 24 hours. Our flight was delayed and we arrived a 1 am so appreciated a friendly face on arrival. Taxi from airport 12 euros.

Nice, Quite , clean and near to airport.
The place is nice , clean but the receptionist quite good and too slow in computer upon arrival. The Whole hotel is clean nice view in beach.

Not to be recommended
The reception area and bar looked amazing, unfortunately the rooms were not! The restaurant was busy, but felt they could not accommodate us to eat so we had to go next door. Surely the hotel knows how many clients are expected? and if there is a table tennis tournament happening extra dining facilities should be provided

excellent choice
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The value was excellent. The bathroom had a very spacious layout with a large built in shelf in the shower. We appreciated the 24 hour reception as we arrived late (close to 2 am). The front desk staff were on duty and ready for our check in. Parking was gated and free of charge!

Stop over
Chose for proximity to airport. Checkin was quick and easy; room was comfortable although the bathroom needed some repairs; a coffee maker in the room would have been nice; restaurant onsite, which was good since the hotel is not in a busy area.

handy for the airport
Stayed twice.First stay was fine but wi-fi was weak in the room. The room was basic but the lighting is poor. It could do with a central light and the bedside lamps are not a very good design and don't give a lot of light. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of choice. Hot food was streaky bacon and scrambled egg and a grill to toast bread. Second stay we were given a larger room which was nice. However breakfast was not the best experience. There was no scrambled egg at all and the hot water for making tea was not much more than warm. Handy for Alicante airport and reasonably priced.

Just to sleep
The hotel is close to the city but you need a car. Location is quite and secure. If you don't have breakfast included they have a continental self service for only 6€ adults.

The first room we checked into smelled of cigarette smoke, so we went back down and the receptionist very quickly gave us a new room. It was fine (except the bathroom smells of urine even though it appears clean). The rooms are very small - smaller than standard hotel rooms even though they have a sofabed. The bathrooms is also very small. The double bed seemed small and was very hard. This should really be a two star hotel, not a three. The restaurant serves salads, pizza, pasta, and meat dishes. The prices are reasonable and the food was good. There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby or a coffemaker in the rooms. The do allow pets for a fee.

1st time hotel in alicante
Excellent location close to the airport, very comfortable and clean. The food was ok, but i'm a picky Brit wanting brands like Tetly and Heinz. Small childrens play area in main foyer. Safe and secure electronic gated parking. Staff always on hand for questions. Only down side is no local shop in walking distance you would need a car to get around.

One night 18 Oct. Room 222 has good view of sea. Clean basic hotel ideal for airport. Ice cold milk for cereal would be a pleasant addition to a breakfast choice.

Clean, friendly and good value
Great place if you want a comfortable night close to the airport, neighbourhood in nothing to shout about,it is bacic, clean, good food and a very attractive price. We were looking for a hotel to stay Y after a late arrival, and before setting out on a holiday trip in Spain, perfect fit.

Way out of town.
This is the old Holiday Inn express which means the rooms are better then B&B normally have, unfortunately e-bookers had wrong details as the ones on their site were for the previous hotel so no breakfast or menu in the evenings. Good enough hotel but a long way out of town.

Great hotel close to airport.
I thought this hotel was a holiday inn maybe it's changed hands since April. Anyway it's very convenient for the airport room was clean and comfortable, Breakfast was a bit hectic in the very small dining area but overall a very good hotel for the cost.

The hotel in itself overall was not bad. However nothing to eat or drink after breakfast. Breakfast in itself was poor, and feels more like being on an industrial estate rather than a hotel.

chose holiday inn as use them a lot in england so knew it would be good, bit disappointed with no hot breakfast, but food very good. should have remembered that these hotels are usually on trading estates, lovely sea view, but couldn't get near to sea as railway line in way, as pensioners, found it a bit of a pain having to walk to bus stop to get bus into town / beach, we never did find out where to get the bus back to hotel, so paid 10 euros every night to get taxi back to hotel, which added cost to holiday. but overall very good stay, lovely staff, nice quiet rooms.

2nd time round and good for business travellers
I am a frequent business traveller to Alicante. I have stayed in this hotel before. Budget hotel overlooking the Med nothing to do in the area but a great place to stay for business.

Perfect for an early flight

Excelente valué hotel w great friendly staff
You can't go wrong if ur on a budget, bed is a bit hard and only one outlet, room R very clean friendliest staff that we have encounter so far, especially the young blonde lady that works in the evening @ The restaurant took time too help us order from the spanish menue so we wouldn't guess what we were going to eat,,

A Good Experience
We stayed one night before our flight back home. We liked the proximity to the airport and the free parking on site. Staff was professional and room clean and comfortable. Overall it was a good experience and a hotel that we would recommend.
