El apartamento es pequeño, pero el espacio está bien aprovechado. Ideal para estancias cortas o medias si tienes previsto aprovechar el día fuera de casa y volver para ducha y dormir. Las zonas comunes están muy bien se puede disfrutar de la piscina (casi nunca hay demasiada gente), es fácil aparcar por la zona y el acceso es cómodo al ser un bajo.
