"A wonderful hotel and staff. Recent renovation and high quality rooms. Room service and breakfast in the restaurant were excellent. The location in downtown is great. Enjoyed an early morning Sunday walk. Will stay again."

"Customer service people in the front were amazing, my room was great.Only problem was I found hair in the shower and poop.Smeared on the wall. The cleaning ladies started knocking on my door at 10am asked them for more time came back fifteen minutes later knocked again.So we just rushed to leave to check out, But check out was at 11. The pool was beautiful, but dang was a COLD. but overall it was great."

"We are a military family and rented this unit for the month between when we needed to be in El Paso and when our house would be available. Within two days we knew the unit wouldn’t work for our family (older flooring, shared property, parking behind the home and only two bedrooms) but the management company worked with us to find another unit to move to. While that was nice, we could only contact the host/management company via text which made addressing other concerns throughout the stay tedious. Overall if you need a short term place this will meet your needs but long term especially with young kids (we had our 10 month old) it’s not ideal."

"The Host was not attentive, the place itself was just what the picture showed me, but it reeked of cat urine. I don’t believe there was a cat ever inside the rental, but I believe that cats have managed to crawl under the crawlspace. There were Airwick plug-ins in every room, leading me to believe that they knew this was a problem. I had to purchase more room spray deodorant to make it bearable. It was important for me to stay in that area. One other thing the rental did not have a washcloth of which I had to go purchase. "
