Convenient

Close to all the places I needed/wanted to be. This was my third time in El Paso but my first staying here. I wish I had stayed here the other two times! Staff was friendly and accommodating. No daily house keeping, but I am an adult who can take care of those things myself. Used the laundry facilities which were new and efficient.

Attention needed with cleanliness

I couldn't use the iron, it was filthy, didn't smell fresh inside the room, but damp and old. They could turn around their ratings if they would just take time and effort to clean properly after every guest.

Move on!

Pros: Nothing. Overpriced!!!!
Cons: A REFUND!
Location: It was close the highway and near plenty of food and shopping.
No hot water! some of the lights in the room did not work when I checked in. We checked in around midnight so of course there was no one on site to fix the issues according to the first desk. Plus they stated they had continental breakfast but it just a grab and go breast fast of muffins, bars, and coffee.

Comfortable for a one night stay. Needs more cleanliness around pathways and elevators. Bedspread was stained and tub finish was worn down. Good a/c and room set up. Staff was the best.

Brown Towels slow customer service

It way ok. No breakfast just muffins and granola. No room service if u stay less than 7 days. Towels were old and brown. Room service was very slow.
