Not ready, even though our arrival was at 9pm.

Pros: It was close to the airport.
Cons: Clean the room before assigning it. Don't assign smokiong rooms to non-smoking guests.
Location: Get on your airplane and leave.
We reserved oiur room two weeks in advance. We received our room assignment, went to the room to find the lights on, the beds not made and obviously were given a room not cleaned since the previous visit. The second room we were assigned was obviously a smoker's room, which assailed us prior to our even getting in the door. The third assignment looked fine, but two wash cloths for three adults, toilet would not flush and heavy footed guests in room above us decided to do some 'dancing' between 2 and 3 AM. We were on the road by 5 AM, far from rested.

Nice hotel to spend the night

The room I got was ground floor, very ckean, comfortable, nicely furnished. However this hotel is very strange, the office/lobby /breakfast room, same place in less than 50 square feet, and you don't know where it is. Also they trick people with free Wi-Fi, very slow with option to upgrade for faster; breakfast, is same like other hotels who doesn't offer breakfast but you can go and pick up coffee, so don't count on breakfast because is a rip off. In rest very clean, which for me is the most important, to be clean, safe, comfortable, this hotel can offer...

Close to El Paso Airport

The front desk staff is great. It's an o.k hotel, it has a microwave, fridge and small stove, great for someone who will be staying for a couple of days. However I found a couple hairs on the bed, bathroom looked dirty, toilet did not flush how it was supposed to, and I found 2-3 roaches :( I just stayed for a night and it was one of the cheapest hotels I could find near the airport.

Ok for the price

It's a good place for a nights stay. We reserved a king bed but they gave us a queen bed only, the airconditioning did not stay on and did not cool like we wanted.

GREAT HOTEL; GREAT LOCATION

It was a great stay. Very friendly staff and room was very clean. The only issue I had was with the air condition not putting out cold air. I called the front desk and the receptionist had a technician immediately come to resolve the problem. A/C unit was swapped out. Hotel is conveniently located to several restaurants such as SONIC, McDonald's, KFC, Subway, Denny's, and a couple of Mexican and Chinese restaurants that are within a 3-5 minutes walk.
