The suite was nice but it didn’t have any cutlery,plates,or dishes. The front desk was out of any dishes. The beds and showers were good, and it was quiet considering it was close to the highway.

It was a beautiful clean room. Best thing about it, it has a kitchen. Stove to cook,sink and big refrigerator with freezer. Was very easy to book. Has lots of attractions all around. Highly recommended this place

Very disappointed…. Three day stay. Please don’t trust the marketing photos. We had to move to a different room because of the old pot smell. We had to go get your limited kitchen supplies and it doesn’t come with drinking glasses, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, salt and pepper. Only hair dryer was at the office which had to return daily after you use it. No coffee maker in the room and breakfast was a package of oatmeal. Not consistent hot water in the shower. The staff was friendly but useless. They think this is normal. We turned in several work orders, tub had a steady leak, TV was dark, one out of the two burners didn’t work. Door key card quit working daily. There’s better places for your money… never again

Not great but didn’t catch anything.
Arrived late and was waiting for help to get checked in. Once checked in, I get to the room and it smelled musty and I could hear the water running in the toilet and shower. The sinks had no leaks but the pressure was horrible. The sheets were rough and felt like they hadn’t been replaced in weeks. Over all it was a place to lay my head down for the night.

the room was nice and clean as well as being a great temperature. the staff were very helpful. the only downside was the shower pressure wasn't so great and that the coffie and coffie maker weren't provided by default, you had to get them yourself. besides these two things though, i'd consider staying here again

Yo estaba obsequiando una reserva de hotel a unos inmigrantes sin dinero y al llegar al hotel les dijeron que debían pagar $100 más de depósito cuando yo había pagado todo. Ellos no tenían y les exigían una tarjeta o efectivo. Intenté enviarles el dinero al hotel o solucionar de alguna manera y no hubo ninguna. PÉSIMO SERVICIO.

We've stayed here several times. This was one of the worst. It really needs to be renovated. For a while cars kept coming and going from the neighbors. Maybe they were selling a car. Maybe they were delivering drugs. The only reason for staying here is the Hertz auto rental next door. I won't mention the stain on the sheet.
