the facility is older and is undergoing some repair. But the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was wonderful, large selection and cooked to order. Having coffee available 24 hours is a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and will be back if we visit El Paso again.

Booked a 1-bedroom suite for my wife & I plus our adult daughter. Overall, the stay was fine, but there were a number of small things that added up to either lack of attention or staffing issues. - previous occupant left room service food in the frig that wasn't cleared out by housekeeping - the sofa bed had the fitted sheet still on it and the flat sheet was mostly folded up but was in the bed (closed up inside). The combo of those two factors concerned my daughter about the cleanliness (used sheets?), so I slept on the sofa bed and wife/daughter slept on the nice king bed - the living room TV remote batteries were dead - the shower was *extremely* slow to drain - in a very odd design choice, there was only one light in the shower/toilet room On the good side of things: - location is extremely convenient to airport & I-10 - I'm told the king bed was comfy and the sofa bed was pretty good for a sofa bed - the breakfast was very good

Gabrielle made our check in easy and she was friendly with smiles. She checked on us to ensure we were ok and ensuring we didn’t need anything. Wii definitely stay again in future trips to El Paso!

The hot tub in the pool area was not working. If you prefer the stairs to the elevator , there is no way of taking the stairs from the 1st floor. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The location is great.

The hotel is under construction, starting at 7:30am with drills and the vibration is very strong, not notifying when you check in, terrible.

Staff was great, location was convenient and safe. Our stay itself was nice. Environment was quiet but also family friendly. Room was spacious. Nightly drinks were a nice perk, they also served food, although we did not eat there. Downsides. Our shower curtain had black mold on it and our pillowcases had an unpleasant smell. Tops of doors and vents had a thick later of dust and buildup on them. The room itself is dated and furniture shows a lot of wear. They are renovating currently so hopefully those issues will be remedied. There was only ONE towel hook in the entire room. Pool area was not clean.

Wedding gift
This stay was a 2 day wedding gift for my ederly relative starting Chapter 2 of his life with his new Sweetheart. They found their stay so relaxing after the wedding. They loved the delicious complimentary breakfast 😋. Overall, they loved their stay.

Outstanding Service
Had a fantastic time! The front desk staff was great, breakfast was wonderful and the pool/jacuzzi was really nice. The bartender (I think her name is May) was very friendly and outgoing! The exceptional customer service is the reason why we will be staying at the Embassy Suites from now on when we stay in El Paso.

Great part was all the staff. Friendly attentive kind Worst. Drawers so hard to open in bedroom Was woke by dripping from ceiling. Maintenance came 2x. They tried but made it worse. I slept horrible. They did apologize but that was it. Do not sleep in room 105

Embassy Suites is little Mexico
Completely over run by obnoxious foreign Nationals. Had to wait in line for an hour for complimentary drinks, waited in line for breakfast for another hour on top of that. Foreign Nationals and their children running up and down the hallways screaming and laughing until 1am. Jacuzzi was broken, and staff seemed to not care.

The restroom is small , faucet is leaking, fan has huge noise. Staff did not provide all needed info for customers, such as where to park your car, how to get to the elevators , there is no way customer can find a ice maker… I would stay at Drury, Fairfield or Springfield for less cost with better services

we just did an overnight stay to be able to swim in the pool. the hotel itself was very cold in the pool area and throughout the hotel and when we ordered pizza and tried to eat down in the lobby, we were told we were not allowed to eat down there. We had to go eat in our room which we did, and we came back down and there was several families eating outside food in the lobby and no one was telling them anything which I thought was very rude.
