The worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. We couldn’t use the toilet or shower due to 0 hygiene level. Bathroom, bedroom, hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months even years. The bed sheets were stained and clearly hadn’tw been cleaned from before. Rust and dirt everywhere. The women on reception kept moaning about a graze on her arm and acted like she couldn’t do anything to help, the manager did not care in the slightest & Point blank told us to check into another hotel if we wasn’t happy and walked off. 0 care and customer service skills. Shocked to see them still open for business. Absolute nightmare after a 6 hour drive to El nido. Do not be fooled.

didn't like Jacuzzi that worked but only cold dirty water to fill it ! Only good thing was location......on the water and center of town......

Avoid! Avoid I chose this hotel for the location and amenities. The location was great, but the rest was horrible. Check in was test in dealing with rude people. Once in my room I found it to be unacceptable. Since I had prepaid I called Expedia and was on hold for about 20 min on an international billed call. They were no help at all. I could not find another hotel and Expedia refused to refund any protion of the amount paid despite the hotel and room not being as advertised! The sheets stained! Bathroom was disgusting, I had clean the soap scum off the handles and bleach the mold. Had buy bug spray and spray the room. The exterior door to the patio didn't lock, and even the smart mouthed kid who was going to "show the dumb guy how it worked" couldn't make it work. The coffee cup had lipstick on the brim, I complained it was never restocked to the room. THERE IS NO SAFE! Description said safe and there is no safe; the "manager" said I wouldn't need safe "only the house keepers have keys. The first morning the manager had the security guard chase me down the street, returned and was told "oh sorry; it's nothing". The 2nd someone, unplugged the fridge which defrosted the freezer all over the floor which stone tiles are broken and not glued and cut my foot. Hot Tub was also dirty broken, they never fixed. Despite the misrepresentation and not working amenities the hotel a Expedia refuse to make a rate adjustment. Remeber leave nothing of value in your room!
