"Beautiful resort but it is starting to show it's age. Probably due for at least a refresh, if not a full remod. The staff is probably one of the best i have ever had the pleasure to be around. Super friendly and will do everything in their power to ensure you have a great stay. I found the buffets adequate and plentiful. Went to the Japanese restaurant, which was top notch. The Rodeo Grill was also excellent. Our last nighr there, we went to the seafood restaurant and it was also good. The beach was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of lounges and shade for those that wanted it. Overall, an amazing vacation. Just be sure you arrive at the airport about 4 hours before your flight home. We arrived about 3 hours prior and did not have time to spare. Not sure if it is always that busy or if it was just that day."

"The property was amazing. The resort is large but they have a trolly that you can take. The food is buffet style with a wide selection. The only time we felt was an inconvenience was when the pool towls ran out, so i suggest to bring your own if you don't want to be stuck without one ( it can sometimes get a bit chilly toward the night). Staff was friendly. Overall I had a wonderful time at this resort. "

"My goodness this was the best experience anyone could ask for! Every single staff member was truly memorable. Its fun to see the same faces everyday and feel like they also remember you. We didnt want for a single things and the resort really made my wifes birthday awesome. We did all the things for sure. If youre looking for a low keys romantic times with your other this is the places. Also a note this isnt he party resort so if you dont want to deal with spring break vibes you should come here!!!!!"

"My wife & I came down for our Honeymoon and we loved it! The resort was amazing, beautiful, peaceful, & relaxing. All of the staff and workers were friendly and really paid attention to detail to make sure you enjoyed your stay. Special thank you to Karin our butler! He made sure that we had everything we needed to ensure we had a good stay! The most helpful part was him sending us the daily schedules so we knew what was going on around the resort! Spotlight on some workers that gave us great service; Sofia and Rosita worked at the central bar down the main staircase and they were great! Very personable and also make you feel like you are at home away from home. Gary and Katty worked at the upstairs bar and they provided us with good drinks as well funny moments! Lastly most memorable meals came from See & Sea with Carlos and Janett! They always took care of us! Overall I would recommend coming to this resort! We will definitely visit again"
