Já na recepção de chegada fomos surpreendidos com toalhas refrescantes de drink de flor da Jamaica delicioso. Não havíamos conseguido reserva o restaurante mais disputado da região mas eles com toda dedicação conseguiram uma reserva para nós, isso sem dúvida foi o Wow de uma experiência. O Hotel é lindo, super limpo e muito acolhedor. Até hoje foi o melhor lugar que nos hospedamos....

Não possuía água quente, tampouco chuveiro, a água do banho é uma torneira na cabeça. Muito barulho vindo da rua, porta e vidros sem acústica nenhuma. "The place is far from the airport in the south part of the island accessible by buses that run every hour, and by walking on a dirt road, no Uber, just taxi, l was locked in, in the evening until the morning l couldn’t exit, Luis (seems like he is the owner and manager) kept mocking me making it seem non-offensive, no restaurants nearby, l ended up eating a mediocre breakfast, lunch and dinners were ok, Adriana was very nice, Luis was kind as well, but l didn’t appreciate the fact that l felt claustrophobic and he mocked me with that. After l was licked in, he transferred me to another room with a hammock at the lower level, room 19 was on the second floor at the end, l banged on the glass but no one heard me, in the morning l called Expedia, they assisted me, without being able to reach them, l eventually got in touch via WhatsApp, Luis came by, and slid the glass door, and began to laugh. "

"La casa es muy linda, muy espaciosa y perfecta para familias y grupos grandes. Está al lado del mar y tiene una vista maravillosa. Se encuentra ubicada en la zona sur de la isla, lo que implica cierta lejanía si lo que se busca es tener comercios y restaurantes cerca. Por esta razón, es conveniente alquilar un carro o contar con un servicio de taxi confiable. La host nos refirió a un conductor responsable y comprometido que, por un precio más económico, transportó a mi grupo familiar de 7 personas en varias oportunidades. Es una zona ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Está a 15 minutos de playas donde se puede nadar y a 25 minutos del centro. En cuanto a los aspectos por mejorar, diría que la cocina podría renovarse y que definitivamente es necesario cambiar varios de los utensilios para cocinar. No son suficientes para grupos mayores de 8 personas y muchos están oxidados por la sal. También sería importante contar con más ollas y productos de aseo, como toallas de papel, jabón de manos y jabón para loza. La piscina es muy conveniente, pero el agua es un poco fría; podría tener un calentador, especialmente para la noche. Además, sería ideal decorar mejor la zona del patio con más plantas y vegetación, ya que es un espacio que actualmente está subaprovechado y podría ser mucho más agradable. También sería recomendable incluir sillas reclinables para bronceo. El televisor debería ser más grande y ofrecer servicios de streaming más actualizados. "

"As we expressed to Maria, our host, on our very first afternoon at the property, as well as on the morning we left, we were deeply disappointed that that the property did not meet the qualities reflected in the online listing for VRBO. More important, there were several issues with the property that caused us to be concerned for our personal safety and health. When I described our concerns on the first day, she said I was welcome to leave. I asked for a complete refund and she refused. Given the hassles of changing flights or locations, we attempted to make the best of the stay there. Ultimately, for safety and health reasons, after two full days at the property we chose to leave. On the morning we departed, I also asked for a refund, and the host refused. Being unable to secure our personal safety while we sleep causes me concern in most places. But we were in Colombia. Home security was completely lacking. We could not secure the house because it had no door locks, no windows, absolutely nothing to prevent anyone from walking into the home on their whim. Two dogs did that every day and every night. The host’s home was safe and secure, however. When my wife went to ask the host for help on an issue, the gardener said the host was gone. He could tell because the host’s slider door was locked.Oddly, only our bedroom doors could be locked. Two of the bedrooms could only be locked from OUTSIDE, not inside the bedroom. Late one night, my wife heard noise and looked out the "
