Edwardo Moctezuma, the night manager, was useless. He made no attempt to help in any way. The management is aware of the dog problem but claim that the authorities have not done anything to remove them. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!"
