Excellent location for the property. Totally adjacent to the bridge. Underground parking is perfect. The check in service was brillaint and staff were very professional. The late afternoon / evening staff were less than helpful when wife spoke in English. Bar staff also brilliant and very helpful.

Stunning property with exceptional guest rooms and amenities. Breakfast selection and service was fantastic. True stars of the stay were the hotel team members. They were all customer focused, friendly and proud to provide exceptional service. Claudia on the front desk was new to role and managed our check in with true warmth and efficiency. The Guest Services Manager overseeing her development was engaged and encouraging but allowed her to handle the arrivals process without stepping in. Rare to see commitment to empowerment in action anymore - well done! We will return and recommend to friends and family.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property -- do yourself a favor and get a room with a view of the Tajo. The staff is wonderful -- very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and things to do. The staff at the breakfast very welcoming. I was very sorry to leave.

Location can’t be beat but staff needs customer service training. We bought a local bottle of wine in town to enjoy in our room. The staff would NOT let us borrow a corkscrew to open it.

Breathtaking view!
Our room with a balcony overlooking the valley and gorge was extraordinary! Comfortable beds, nicely furnished room, and large bathroom. Breakfast was very good, staff at breakfast had warm smiles, but seemed overwhelmed at 8:30. bar staff friendly and efficient. Will definitely return.

Amazing location!
Amazing location next to the bridge. Walk to old town and restaurants. Reception (Rosanna) was so helpful with information. The breakfast is plentiful and service from all staff wonderful. You can’t beat the views from this Paradore!

Beautiful location, delightful staff.

Best Spot in Ronda
Super beautiful location, rooms overlook the gorge and is especially amazing during sunset. Very convenient for walking down the gorge, and only a block away from the historic bullfighting ring. Delicious buffet breakfast. Comfortable and clean, helpful staff. Zero complaints, would definitely return.

Great location and parking
Good quality hotel in a very central location, if a little less personable than another parador we stayed in. Breakfast was average. Car parking was excellent, right under the hotel with direct access, and easy to enter. Views were amazing (once the gale force winds and rain stopped!).

Perfection location, not so perfect beds.
Stayed one night for the views of the gorge, this hotel advertises as if the terraces could have a view of the gorge but they do NOT. The hotel itself is located at the gorge but your terrace will not be overlooking the gorge directly, it will have a beautiful view facing out to the other side of the canyon. The location is excellent and everything is in walking distance. The beds are extremely HARD, I was very disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and they went cheap on the beds, so sad. The breakfast in the morning is excellent, I would suggest staying here if a hard bed is not bothersome to you.

The Parador de Ronda was an absolute delight! While I booked a standard room, it was spacious and beautiful with a great view of the Plaza Espana and the gorge. The staff was friendly and helpful, and parking beneath the hotel was easy to navigate. I truly didn’t want to leave!

They advertise pool availability. We booked a suite for 2 nights for our anniversary. When we arrived we asked about accessibility to the pool and were told it was closed for the season. It was 88 degrees Fahrenheit outside. It was in September. Unable to find another room at the last minute. Breakfast buffet appeared short staffed both days with frantic surly help. Front desk not much better when asked some simple questions about some sights and transportation. Housekeeping staff were good and efficient. Not worth the price we paid. They also said it was high season. When I asked why the pool was not open during high season I was told it is usually colder so they closed it.
