The PORTO FINO complex is situated in the centre of Almerimar near the beach and the marina, 100m of the golf-course, next to the supermarket. Restaurants & tapa bars are only at 500m. 2 bedroom apartment, with side view of the golf course on one side and the marina on the other. - max. 4 people. The PORTO FINO complex is located in the center of Almerimar, next to the beaches and the marina, 100m from the GOLF fields, next to the supermarket (Mercadona). Restaurants and tapas bars are only 500m away. Our apartment is superbly well appointed and provided with everything you will need during your peaceful stay. It is on the 4th floor, the swimming pool is on the 1st floor next to the elevator exit. From the terrace you have a side view of the marina and the golf course. PORTO FINO is built around the port which boasts a large number of restaurants, Spanish and European cuisine. Cafetarias, tapas bars, ... all located around the 3 marinas. GOLF is an important activity in Almerimar and the Porto Fino complex is located just opposite the 27-hole golf course. The surface of +/- 80ha. Will enchant golfers, young and old, with the beauty of the landscapes and lakes. THE KITCHEN is fully equipped, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, outdoor table grill and toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer, an ironing board and an iron. The LIVING ROOM contains a comfortable sofa, a Smart-TV, FREE WIFI, a bar and air conditioning. The MASTER BEDROOM has a 180x200cm bed, blackout curtains, bed sheets and duvet for winter incl. The built-in wardrobe has plenty of space for clothes, shoes and suitcases. The bedroom has air conditioning. The 2nd BEDROOM has a 160x190cm bed, bed sheets and duvet for winter incl. , mirror, blackout curtains and also a large built-in wardrobe. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but tolerated on the terrace. Water and electricity are incl. in the rental. Please do not use the air conditioning, open windows or while you are away. Beim Bezug war sie sehr sauber und ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Es waren genügend Handtücher etc. vorhanden. Kleine Manko´s waren: aufgrund der Corona-Krise war der Pool nicht nutzbar - okay dafür kann ja schließlich niemand etwas. Das W-LAN hat nicht funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter diesbezüglich war sehr gut und er war um eine Lösung sehr bemüht. Das Problem wurde erst 2 Tage vor unserer Abreise behoben.
